3rd Course: Naruto Roll
Tuna, Salmon, Super White Tuna, Tobiko, and Avocado wrapped in Cucumber with a Ponzu Sauce
Pairing: Gekkeikan Cap Ace
4th Course; Salmon Tartar
Fresh cucumbers wrapped in salmon, and topped with pine nuts and plum sauce
Pairing: Moonstone Asian Pear
5th Course: Beef Short Ribs with Chef’s own recipe
Pairing: Cherry Bouquet Junmai Daiginjo
6th Course: Caramel Custard Flan
Pairing: Gekkeikan Plum Wine
