Chef/Owner Sandy Chen will create a Fall inspired six-course tasting menu which will feature the freshest sushi in artful presentations and authentic Chinese Food paired with drinks for only $45 per person. 


6-Course Fall Tasting Menu

First Course: Sushi and Sashimi with Hendricks’s Gin Sake Martini

Second Course: Koi Maki with Hangtime Pinot Noir

Third Course: Walnut Shrimp with A by Acacia Chardonnay

Fourth Course: Mongolian Beef with Chuan Fashioned Cocktail made with Seagram’s 7 Crown Whiskey

Fifth Course: Salmon with Black Bean Sauce with William Hill cabernet

Sixth Course: Chocolate Lava Cake with Tia Maria White Russian
